Guy’s career spans over thirty years. He has held senior positions at Janus Henderson, Columbia Threadneedle, Stamford Associates and Kempen Asset Management. He has also worked for three family offices in the UK, Middle East and Europe.

He has served as a Non-Executive Director of Cofunds the funds platform and currently works with a leading family owned Indian investment manager and UK technology VC manager.

When not at Forum Locum or working with his advisory clients he can be found relaxing in the countryside.

Vincent CH Chan

Senior investment professional

Vincent CH Chan is a Director (Senior Managing Director and Head of Asia, 2006-2021) of Samena Capital, a principal investment group with AUM of USD 390m. He has over 30 years of Asian private equity track record and has invested over 80 investments in technology and growth companies in China, Taiwan, Korea and South East Asia. Notable exits include BENQ, China Motion, Coolpad, 3721, Toodou, CGEN & Canadian Solar in the technology arena and Port Design and China City Guard in traditional sectors.

Vincent was the Founding CEO for 8 years of Spring Capital, an independent early growth fund in China and HK with AUM of USD 250m. Vincent was previously a Managing Director, Head of North Asia and IC of JAFCO Asia, managing USD 570m technology funds in Series A and B for 7 years.

Prior to JAFCO Asia, Vincent was a growth investor with Suez Asia and HSBC Private Equity (Asia) based in Hong Kong. Vincent commenced his professional career in Standard Chartered’s corporate finance division there.

Vincent received a B.A. from the University of Hong Kong and an MBA from the Manchester Business School, and also obtained a CFA charter.

He is currently the Co-President of the Hong Kong Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (Chairman 2005/06), a member of the Main Board and GEM Listing Review Committees of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, a Board Member of the Hong Kong Foundation for the University of Manchester, a Member of the University of Hong Kong Investments Sub-Committee managing the endowment funds of USD 3 billion, a Senior Adviser (former Board Member) and Chair o f I C of the HKU School of Professional and Continuing Education, the IC Member of Corporate Venture Fund of HK Science and Technology Parks, a panel member of the Resolvability Review Tribunal and a panel member of the Securities and Futures Appeals Tribunal.

Vincent was a member of the Main Board and GEM Listing Committee of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (2007-12), a member of the Public Shareholders Group of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (2005-11), members of Innovation and Technology Advisory Committee (2006-10) and Information & Communication Technology Services Advisory Committee (2005-08) of the HK Trade Development Council, a Director of the Manchester Business School Leadership Board (2010-19) and a member of the Disciplinary Panel of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (2006-13). He received the award as the 2011 Outstanding Alumni of the University of Manchester.

In the China context, Vincent is a Member of Chengdu Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. He was named a Top 10 Venture Capitalist in China by Zero2IPO in 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2006. He was also selected as one of the 10 “Most Influential Venture Capitalists in China” by Top Capital in 2005 and was ranked Number 9th as China Best Venture Capitalists by Forbes Magazine in December 2015 

Roxanne Davies

Roxanne Davies is a senior investment professional with multi decade experience running family offices and UHNW departments within private banks.

She has invested globally in all asset classes, with a particular emphasis in direct investing and alternative asset classes. She has originated, managed, operated and exited several successful direct equity investments, both in control and minority positions. Roxanne has held both public and private company board membership across various industries and countries and maintains several advisory board positions, with global family offices.

She moved to Asia in 2011 to set up and run Parly Singapore – the Asian arm of a 900 year old European family based out of Switzerland. Currently she has morphed that into a licensed investment management company in Singapore, Proprietary Capital Holdings, to run family assets. She has been a speaker at multiple industry conferences, such as SALT, Milken, Campden and others, and sits on the Investment Committee board of several global family offices. She has a Masters degree in Finance and an MBA from HEC Geneva, and is fluent in 4 languages.

Michael Shelton-Agar

Michael’s career spans over thirty years. Holding senior positions at Euromoney and Lombard Street Research and founding Global Partnership Family Offices.  

He has many embedded relationships in the family office space having worked with families of wealth for over 20 years with whom he has built up a serious amount of trust.  
 
Having set up Pigeon Hill Ltd. he consults for many Family Offices,nurturing partnerships between them and a variety of personal and financial requirements and interests.  This can range from next generation training to philanthropic endeavours and investments.

Fatima Asad - Bakhtiari

Fatima is the Managing Director at Edward De Rothschild, responsible for setting up the Asset Management presence across the Middle-East.

She has two decades of capital markets experience across US, European and Middle-East markets at firms such as Wells Fargo, Algebra Capital (acquired by Franklin Templeton), EFG Bank and Shuaa Capital, having raised upwards of $14 bn over the last 15 years.

She is also deeply involved in mental health and biohacking through her wellness platform – Niyana. Fatima is also an advisor to Zetland Capital and involved with SuperHumanMetaFutures.

Sho Nakagawa

Director of Harbourfront Capital & Das Capital

Sho is the Director at Harbourfront Capital & Das Capital, where he leads the global investment efforts for the UHNW family. The company is a single-family office registered in Singapore and it has been investing into various asset classes in the Asia market, with a particular emphasis in direct investing and alternative asset classes in Japan and India. The company has been investing into Indian alternatives markets since 2015. 

Before founding Harbourfront Capital, Sho was a co-founder/CFO at a startup in Japan, leading fundraising and business growth. Prior to that, Sho was working at the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs Japan. Sho received a Finance degree from Kyoto University, Japan.
